Houppette accepts returns for unopened merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All opened merchandise, clothing, sleepwear, lingerie, swim, and all sale or discounted items are final sale. When refunds are applicable, no more than the amount of the original purchase will be refunded in the form of the payment of the original transaction.
